Russians’ power debt rises 9% to 75.3 bln rbl in Jan–Mar

MOSCOW, May 6 (PRIME) -- The Russian households’ combined debt for electric power grew by 9% to 75.3 billion rubles in January–March, as seen by PRIME in a presentation of First Deputy CEO of the Center of Financial Calculations (CFR) Dmitry Chernov on Friday.

The debt grew by 1.9% as compared with March 31, 2021.

Total debt on the retail power market amounted to 335 billion rubles as of the end of March, a 0.5% increase on the year.
